How does F&W Management leasing differ from other management companies?
F&W Management has an in-house team of agents and managers that meet one-on-one with interested tenant applicants. This personalized approach allows tenants to see available vacancies in a short period of time. F&W Management also boasts the most extensive website and best software in the industry. This industry advantage allows for quick communication between all departments of the company. When we receive notice that a tenant is vacating, the property manager sends notice to the entire office. In turn, leasing and maintenance collaborate to determine the rent-ready work that needs to be performed to make the turnaround time for leasing units most efficient.
What is the average turnaround time for leasing units?
F&W Management prides itself on quick and efficient turnaround time for leasing vacant units. Upon notice of a tenant vacating, we immediately place the unit on our vacancy list and begin the leasing process. We place ads in local newpapers, online and on our website which boasts above average unique hits per day. It is not unusual for a unit to be rented before the prior tenants move out.
How do you advertise your vacancies?
We use a different mix depending on the area and rent. Apartment Guide, and our own website are a staple in advertising vacancies. We also use many local newspapers. When renting a larger rent unit we will use Loopnet.com or The MLS if the building owner does not mind paying extra lease fees for outside brokers.
